These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our procurement support services provided by JP ASSET SOURCING LIMITED (Company Number 15677634). By booking a service or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
We provide business procurement support, including market research, supplier shortlisting, quote comparison and logistics coordination. We source physical assets only (e.g., office equipment, IT hardware, industrial tools, vehicles and machinery). We do not source financial instruments, securities or digital currencies.
3. Pricing
All service fees are fixed and quoted upfront. Our current service fees range from £0 (free initial consultation) to £199 (monthly retainer). The cost of the actual asset is paid directly by you to the supplier unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Payment
Service fees are due after you accept a quote and before procurement work begins. We accept secure online card payments. An invoice or payment link will be issued upon acceptance.
5. Liability
We act as an intermediary and advisor. While we vet suppliers to the best of our ability, ultimate responsibility for asset quality, warranties and supplier performance rests with the chosen supplier. Our liability is limited to the value of the service fee paid.
6. Intellectual Property
Any reports, shortlists or documents we produce for you are provided under a limited licence for your internal business use only.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
