Cancellation & Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel a paid service within 14 days of purchase, provided we have not already commenced the procurement work (e.g., supplier outreach, market research or quote compilation). To cancel, email us at jp.asset.sourcing@hotmail.com with your name and order details.
2. Refund eligibility
If you cancel within the cooling-off period and work has not started, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If procurement work has already begun, we will issue a partial refund based on the proportion of work completed. In cases where deliverables (e.g., a supplier shortlist or report) have already been provided, no refund will be available.
3. Free consultations
Our initial consultation is completely free of charge. There is nothing to cancel or refund for this service.
4. Monthly retainer cancellations
You may cancel a monthly retainer at any time with 7 days’ written notice. No refunds are given for partial months, but you may use the remaining quota of sourcing requests until the end of the current billing period.
5. How to request a refund
Send an email to jp.asset.sourcing@hotmail.com including your full name, the service purchased, the date of purchase and the reason for cancellation. We aim to process refund requests within 5 business days.
6. Disputes
If you are unhappy with our decision, please contact us first and we will do our best to resolve the matter. If we cannot reach a satisfactory outcome, you may refer the dispute to the appropriate UK consumer or small-claims authorities.
